Garden preparation lifesaver

Composition of the drug

Lifesaver for tomatoes is a drug with triple action.

Its active components have a detrimental effect on the life and reproduction of pathogenic microorganisms, harmful insects and activate the active growth of vegetable crops.

Each element included in its chemical composition has a special property.

  1. Acetamiprid causes convulsions and paralysis associated with a negative effect on their postsynaptic acetylcholine receptors in the central nervous system. The insecticide has an intestinal, contact and systemic effect, penetrating the cellular composition of the plant and making it toxic to the pest. The effect occurs already 1 hour after treatment. Protection lasts 3 weeks. It helps well in the fight against aphids and whiteflies, thrips and lepidoptera. It is permissible to use from the first days of emergence. It has a detrimental effect on adults and larvae.
  2. A systemic fungicide, belonging to the group of pesticides, neutralizes the active activity of fungal pathogens and prevents the appearance and further development of their spores. The fungicide acts as a preventive measure against fungal diseases and is used to disinfect seed material.
  3. Organic compounds from vitamins, amino acids, polysaccharides and peptides are characterized by increased biological activity. They have a stimulating effect, causing an intensive increase in vegetative mass, prolonging the duration of fruiting and increasing productivity.

Pest and disease control

Spraying will protect against pests

The effectiveness of using a pesticide helps vegetable growers forget about diseases and pests, as well as systematic fertilizers for tomato crops.

Tatyana Orlova (candidate of agricultural sciences):

Pests feeding on the sap become infected and die. Thanks to the uniform distribution of the tomato lifesaver inside the plant, the newly grown parts are also protected from attack by sucking diseases and insects.

Insectoacaricide helps to destroy such pests of vegetable crops as bog and yellow armyworms, mole crickets, spider mites, wireworms, Colorado potato beetles, root-knot nematodes, slugs and others.

Tatyana Orlova (candidate of agricultural sciences):

The drug rescuer as an insectoacaricide has a systemic effect, i.e. is integrated into plant cells and remains there for several weeks, exhibiting a protective effect.

Fungo stimulator protects plants from various diseases, such as internal necrosis, late blight, bacterial black spot, potato mold, brown leaf spot, streak, septoria, wet and fusarium rot, apical and white rot, displodina (black rot), botrytis (gray rot ), dry spotting (macrosporiasis) and black leg.

Tatyana Orlova (candidate of agricultural sciences):

When treating tomato plants, make sure that as much of the leaves as possible are covered with the solution. Only in this case is the positive effect of the drug achieved.

Advantages and disadvantages

Tomato Rescuer has a number of advantages:

  • does not cause addiction (resistance);
  • has a targeted effect;
  • remains effective at elevated temperatures (even at 30 – 38°C);
  • provides plant protection for a long period (up to 3 weeks), without requiring re-treatment;
  • acceptable for complex use with other chemicals from the group of pesticides;
  • does not have a high toxic effect on animals and humans;
  • saves time and material costs on the use of individual funds.

The disadvantage of using Rescuer is its toxic effect on bees, so it is not used near apiaries.

Contraindications and side effects

The drug should not be used only if there is an individual intolerance to any component. There are no strict contraindications - the ointment can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The only exception is chronic, non-healing wounds. Also, the product should not be used to treat type IV burns or during trophic processes in skin tissues.

In rare cases, allergic reactions are possible, for example:

  • itching;
  • redness;
  • rash.

If side effects occur, stop treatment and consult a doctor; the drug may need to be replaced.

Purpose

From pests

The complex product Rescuer, operating on the 3-in-1 principle, is intended for the prevention and disposal of a number of pests that attack tomatoes:

  • spider mite;
  • Colorado potato beetle;
  • mole crickets;
  • aphids;
  • whiteflies;
  • click beetle;
  • marsh, cotton and garden bat;
  • wireworm;
  • thrips;
  • moth;
  • root-knot nematode;
  • slugs

There are no drugs that would exterminate all types of insects living in the soil and on plants. Of course, there are broad-spectrum insecticides, but they will not work simultaneously against mollusks (slugs), lepidopterans (butterflies), arthropods (ticks), etc.

From diseases

The drug will protect plants from a number of diseases

It has a detrimental effect on pathogens of a number of diseases:

  • late blight;
  • stem necrosis;
  • bacterial wilt;
  • Alternaria;
  • cladosporiosis;
  • root, fusarium and apical rot;
  • chlorotic curl of tomato foliage;
  • anthractose;
  • vesicatorium;
  • macrosporiosis;
  • peronosporosis.

Preventive action

The drug Rescuer helps tomatoes:

  • adapt faster after transplanting seedlings into open ground;
  • accelerate the intensity of fruit set;
  • increase resistance to sudden changes in climatic conditions when grown in regions with unstable weather;
  • extend the duration of the fruiting period;
  • improve the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of vegetables.

Most pesticides (insecticides and fungicides) not only have a destructive effect on pathogens and pests, but also somewhat inhibit the plants themselves. Therefore, treatment with such means should not be very frequent. To remove the negative effects of pesticides on plants, it is recommended to treat them with Neutralin a few days after their application.

On guard of the garden and vegetable garden: how will the drug “Rescuer” help?

The “Spasatel” brand offers a wide range of universal formulations for combating various garden pests, as well as the most common diseases of vegetable, fruit, berry and ornamental crops. The manufacturer promises a truly irreplaceable product that can immediately relieve a summer resident, gardener or farmer from a number of problems that usually accompany the struggle for a high-quality and generous harvest.

Bright two-segment bags and cartons with sets of three ampoules with the Belreakhim logo appeared on the shelves of Russian stores relatively recently, but have already gained popularity and earned a lot of positive reviews. Landowners note the high effectiveness in destroying such eternal enemies of plantings as aphids, caterpillars, whiteflies and the Colorado potato beetle, as well as the obvious beneficial effect of the drug on plant immunity. After treatment, the crops increase their green mass more actively, flowers experience longer and more luxuriant flowering, and vegetables and fruits experience better ripening.

In addition to other advantages, users also point to the following: “Rescuer” (in Voronezh, for example, “Arsenal Tovarov” offers to buy this composition) is irreplaceable in cases where the threat is not precisely defined. When faced with shedding of fruits, wilting of greenery and even death of plantings, a farmer is sometimes forced to spend time searching for the cause, while the use of such a universal drug allows one to begin the fight immediately and comprehensively, and over time supplement the “general offensive” arsenal with compounds of a more “targeted” effect.

According to the labeling on the package, the product includes four key components: acetamiprid, fipronil, phosphorus-potassium fertilizer and surfactant. As for the latter, surfactants are designed to hold the mixture on the trunks, leaves and fruits, preventing it from being washed away by rain and thereby extending the period of protective effect. It will be useful to familiarize yourself a little more carefully with the remaining three components of the “Rescuer” drug, sold in Voronezh by “Arsenal Tovarov” along with a wide range of other insecticides and fungicides, in order to understand in which cases the use of such a composition will be most effective.

Acetamiprid is a neonicotinoid, a systemic, contact and intestinal pesticide, well known to many Russian summer residents under the name mospilan and which has served well in the fight, in particular, against the Colorado potato beetle. By the way, for the latter, treatment with drugs based on acetamiprid is certain death: adults, larvae, adults and eggs die out in a matter of hours, and the duration of action of such treatment reaches three weeks. Acetamiprid, by blocking nicotine-dependent acetylcholine receptors in the nervous system of insects, causes severe nervous overexcitation, which leads to the death of pests. Moreover, the active substance is not phytotoxic.

The best results - and, as a result, a recommendation for treatment, both within agricultural complexes and in farms or small private farms - acetamiprid compositions were shown in the fight against the already mentioned Colorado potato beetle, as well as whiteflies, locusts, grain ground beetles, and grain flies . Most often, they are sprayed on crops of barley and wheat, on beds of cucumbers, tomatoes and potatoes, as well as on meadow pastures and even wild plantings that have been attacked, for example, by locusts. Thus, the “Rescuer” from “Belreakhim” sold by Arsenal of Goods can be recommended at least for use for the above purposes. However, reviews from summer residents who have personally tried it add to the list with onions and garlic, roses, apple trees, pears, currants, lettuce, sorrel, carrots and a whole range of other crops.

It should also be noted that acetamiprid itself is not washed off by rain, but under the influence of the sun on the surface of the leaves is destroyed in about four days, while remaining and spreading inside the plant even at elevated ambient temperatures. This means that the “first attack” on pests occurs through direct contact at the time of spraying, or immediately after it, but after three to four days the plantings become harmless to bees, bumblebees and other beneficial insects. At the same time, leaf-eaters and others like them, intending to feast on the juice or greens of plants, automatically swallow a composition that is lethal to them.

Fipronil belongs to the class of phenylpyrazoles and is an intestinal and contact insecticide with a broad spectrum of action, used not only in the treatment of plantings themselves, but also for treating seeds and other planting material. The active substance, like acetamiprid, causes nervous overexcitation and death of parasites, but its mechanism of action is different - fipronil blocks GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), which is responsible for regulating the passage of nerve impulses through chlorion channels in the membranes of nerve cells. This disrupts the functioning of the nervous system of insects.

Fipronil, which is part of the “Rescuer” drug from the “Arsenal of Goods” range, is distinguished by a fairly high residual activity; in addition to agriculture, it is widely used in veterinary medicine and for the disinsection of premises, including in medicine for the destruction of parasites. Due to their slow degradation when exposed to sunlight, fipronil-based products provide effective protection for up to 14 days. The active substance has shown excellent results in the fight against pests that are resistant to carbamate compounds, pyrethroids and FOS.

The combination of acetamiprid and fipronil in various versions of “Rescuer” allows, as they say, to kill two birds with one stone. The components complement each other and, belonging to different types of insecticides, provide a wide range of effects on a wide variety of parasites. In addition, fipronil is effective not only against Coleoptera and Orthoptera, but also against soil-dwelling pests, which makes it possible to spray both the plantings themselves and the soil under trees, shrubs and beds, destroying insects hiding or permanently living in the ground. In turn, acetamiprid “overtakes” pests in cases where they begin to develop tolerance to fipronil, which, in fact, is an alternative to alternating different insecticides for the same purpose, and allows you to reduce the number of treatments during the season.

In terms of use, preparations based on fipronil, as well as those based on acetamiprid, are officially approved and recommended for the protection of wheat, barley, potatoes, pastures, forests and meadows. They are also actively used in the fight against various types of locusts (against the latter, its effectiveness, for example, is confirmed by data from the FAO - Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations). Products produced on the basis of fipronil, including the drug "Rescuer", show high resistance to being washed off by rain, even in cases where precipitation falls within an hour after treating the plants.

Finally, as for phosphorus-potassium fertilizers, their importance for agriculture is known to everyone who is more or less actively involved in gardening, horticulture or floriculture. Along with nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus constitute the most important components vital for the growth and development of plants. In particular, phosphorus, being part of complex proteins, is involved in the division of the cell nucleus, helps increase plant immunity, resistance to drought and frost, helps accumulate sugar, fats, starch, and affects the rate of ripening and quality of fruits and berries. Phosphorus starvation threatens delays in flowering, loss of yield and even death of plants - and the drug “Rescuer” is also designed to combat these negative factors.

Application technique

The working solution is prepared in the amount of 3 ampoules with the drug per 10 liters of water. The consumption rate of the finished solution is 800 ml - 1 l per 100 m².

Treatments are carried out in the spring, before tomatoes begin to bloom, evenly distributing liquid from a spray bottle over the entire surface of the bush.

Spraying is carried out in the morning or evening hours, in calm weather.

If necessary, the treatments are repeated. The last use of the insecto-fungo-stimulator is 3 weeks before the expected harvest date.

The complex preparation can be used in the autumn care of the site, treating the soil with it by spraying with a working solution prepared in the above dosage.

The treated soil is dug up, ensuring the penetration of active substances into the soil. This makes it possible to get rid of larvae and fungal spores remaining in the soil.

Ointment "Rescuer": description

The drug is produced in the form of a balm containing plant components - sea buckthorn oil, rose oil, tea tree oil and others. The ointment also contains vitamin A and E. Ghee and olive oil are used as auxiliary components.

The ointment is packaged in metal tubes weighing 30 g. The product is intended for skin care. It serves as protection from harmful factors, such as direct sunlight or temperature changes. “Rescuer” also nourishes and softens the skin, increases its elasticity.

The ointment can be stored indoors or in the refrigerator in the temperature range from -5°C to +25°C. The place should be dark - direct sunlight is excluded. It should also be kept away from children. The shelf life is 2 years from the date of production.
