"Karaoke f1" can be grown:

both spread and on trellises;

both in greenhouses and in open ground.

Cucumbers must be cultivated in the most fertile areas of land (where tomatoes, cabbage or potatoes previously grew), using the method of direct sowing of seeds in the ground or the seedling method.

The seeds are already prepared for sowing and do not require pre-treatment.

Specifics of the seedling growing method (until the formation of 4-5 true leaves):

terms - beginning of May;
it is better to use pots (0.4-0.5 l) rather than boxes;
fill the containers with a mixture (soil, sand and humus (in a ratio of 2:0.5:1));
plant the seeds to a depth of 1-1.5 cm;
water the crops;
cover the crops with film or non-woven material, making sure that “steaming” does not occur);
observe the light regime, in order to avoid stretching the sprouts, provide additional lighting;
carry out 2-3 feedings.

Before use, pots must be disinfected by washing with warm water and treating with suitable means (hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, etc.).

Specifics of sowing (25-30 day old seedlings or seeds) in open ground:

terms - end of May - beginning of June (when the soil warms up at a depth of 10 cm to 15-16°C);
sow seeds to a depth of 3-4 cm;
adhere to the following two-row planting pattern: the distance between the beds is 80-100 cm; distance between lines - 60 cm; the distance in the line between plants is 40 cm;
