Characteristic

Fungicide Acrobat MC consists of two active ingredients belonging to the chemical class of dithiocarbamates and cinnamic acid amides. These are active substances - contact mancozeb (600 g per 1 kg) and dimethomorph (90 g per 1 kg) - with local-systemic action, which reliably protect the plant both outside and inside. The product is produced in the form of water-dispersible granules (WDG), packaged in 10 kg packages.

Effect of the drug

Two active ingredients included in Acrobat MC prevent the development of pathogenic fungi and other microorganisms both on the surface of the vegetative mass of plants and at the cellular level:

• Dimethomorph destroys the mycelium of the fungus within a few days, reducing the formation of spores, which usually appear on the underside of leaf blades, as well as reproductive structures - oospores - they usually hide in the ground for the winter.
• Mancozeb acts directly on fungi, destroying them through direct exposure. This drug forms a protective film on the leaves, while simultaneously cleaning their surface from pathogenic microorganisms. And the film protects plants from the penetration of pathogens.

Composition, active substance

Fungicide Acrobat is a combination preparation based on two active ingredients - mancocetib and dimethomorph. The tandem of these components easily penetrates all plant structures, thereby providing a comprehensive therapeutic and prophylactic effect, preventing further infection of cultivated plants. When sprayed, the dissolved substance adheres to the sprayed surface, forming a protective layer on the plants that prevents the further development and synthesis of microorganisms.

Mancozeb powder is a contact fungicide and consists of manganese, zinc, and ethylene bisdithiocarbamate ions, which when dissolved in water under the influence of UV radiation form a toxic hydrocarbon. Upon contact with plant tissues attacked by micropathogens, it has an inhibitory effect on fungal enzyme systems, suppressing the synthesis of several enzymes simultaneously. In this case, a number of important biochemical processes in the cytoplasm and mitochondria of their cellular structures are disrupted, and spore maturation is inhibited.

The second component of Acrobat, the substance dimethomorph, is characterized as an effective pesticide with a local-systemic protective effect and a long-term therapeutic effect. Inhibits and completely stops the formation of mycelium of micropathogenic fungi, disrupting their normal development cycle. The substance gives a quick anti-spore effect and is completely absorbed by the plant after 1-2 hours.

From what diseases

Fungicide Acrobat is effective against the following diseases:

Consumption rate per 10 liters of water, doses

The drug is used in recommended doses to avoid the negative impact of the drug on the environment.

When preparing working fluid for 10 liters of water, the consumption of granules is 12-15 grams.

Instructions for use

Plants should be sprayed with a freshly prepared solution, which is recommended to be prepared in a ratio of 20 g of fungicide per 5 liters of clean water. Spraying is best done on a bright, calm day, as this allows you to evenly cover the plants and prevent the solution from being sprayed onto neighboring crops.

The first treatment is carried out as a preventative measure. It should be carried out regardless of whether the crop is infected with a fungus or not. To enhance the effect, it is recommended to repeat spraying after 2 weeks. This prevents fungus from infecting the crop.

If preventive treatment is not carried out, spray at the first visible signs of infection.

The action of the fungicide can be observed:

• on potatoes - 20 days;
• on onions - 28 days.
• on tomatoes grown indoors - 3-5 days; in open ground - 40 days;

Since the fungicide Acrobat MC belongs to toxicity class 2, manual treatment of seed potatoes is possible 1 week after treatment on the crop, and mechanical treatment - after 3 days.

The last treatment of plants can be carried out no later than 1 month before harvest. An exception is sugar beets - the interval between the last spraying and harvesting must be at least 50 days.

To the tomatoes

Tomatoes should also be sprayed three times during the growing season. For 100 square meters you will need 4 liters of working solution. It is not recommended to treat plants after spraying.

For grapes

The application rate is 20 g per hectare of area or 2 kg of fungicide per hectare of area. During the summer season, do not do more than 3 applications at intervals of 3 weeks.

When spraying grapes with Acrobat, take into account weather conditions and do not spray during rain or wind. The first time, preventive treatment should be carried out before budding and active growth of grape shoots.

The next spraying should be carried out at the flowering and fading stages or as soon as signs of disease appear on the vines. The last time the vineyard can be sprayed is 3 weeks before harvesting mature grapes.

For cucumbers and onions

Fungicide Acrobat protects cucumbers from rot and other fungi, and also inhibits the development of onion diseases. To prepare a working solution, mix 20 g of the drug in 10 liters of water.

Spraying is carried out from early spring until harvest at intervals of two weeks. In total, up to five treatments can be carried out per season. The last of these treatments should be carried out no later than three weeks before harvest to ensure that the fungicide does not have a negative effect on the crop.

A 10 liter solution can be used to spray 100 m2 of plants in a greenhouse or in the ground.

On potatoes

Potatoes are sick and affected by late blight and alernaria blight. The first signs of the disease are the appearance of large and small light spots on the leaves.

Acrobat applied to plants:

• with a high risk of fungal development (rainy season, cold June);
• as a preventative measure before flowering;
• when symptoms of fungus are detected.

Directions for use: dilute 20 grams of fungicide in 4 liters of water immediately before treating plants. This is enough to protect a hectare of land. The shelf life is three days. Spraying can be carried out on a windless day and in dry weather.

For regular and sugar beets

One seedling requires 20 g of this drug. This remedy can be used as a treatment for the first symptoms of fungal diseases. The last treatment should be carried out 1.5 months before harvesting mature root crops.

For seedlings and nightshade vegetable crops

The instructions for the drug Acrobat MC recommend its use for the treatment and prevention of fungal diseases in many nightshade crops - tomatoes, potatoes and seedlings. The fungicide is used on crops grown both in the ground and in greenhouses.

A solution for spraying 1 hectare of vegetable garden consists of 15 g of Acrobat and a bucket of water. The fungicide consumption per 1 ha is 1.5 kg of granulate. Spray crops and seedlings three times with an interval of 3 weeks.

The first treatment of tomato bushes is carried out 1 week after transplanting to a permanent place. The second treatment is carried out during the flowering period. It is advisable to carry out the last spraying no later than 4-5 weeks before harvest.

Tips for use

Experts recommend starting treatment with Acrobat fungicide from the bottom of the crops, gradually moving upward. Subsequent mechanical work (weeding, hoeing, inter-row cultivation) is permissible no earlier than 3 days after spraying; manual work can be carried out after a week. Remember that treatment with a fungicide can have the best therapeutic effect if no more than 3-4 days have passed since the appearance of harmful spores.

When using the product in complex spray mixtures, a trial and initial test should be conducted to check for drug interactions. There should be no sediment, clumping or separation of the oil. Such mixtures are considered incompatible. The prepared mixtures should be consumed on the day of preparation, the remaining solution should be disposed of.

Convertible TOP

"Cabrio TOP" is used to protect plants from mildew, oidium and black spot during the growing season. High efficiency is achieved due to the active ingredients: miram and pyraclostrobin.
