Description of cabbage variety Novator

If Aunt Lyuba said she will grow up, then she will grow up. And period.

What do unscrupulous seed sellers come up with? And they put the wrong seeds in orders and store them, I don’t understand how. As a result, gardeners are left without seedlings. But not with us. Because Aunt Lyuba has raised reliable guarantees for her customers.

And so that we, gardeners, would be more familiar with the guarantees, we depicted them in the form of a flower.

Return Policy:

Within 30 days after making a purchase, if you don’t like anything about the product, we will refund your money. To request a return, call or email

Note! Delivery fees are non-refundable!

Now let's take a closer look:

We guarantee that you will receive exactly what you ordered

It often happens that a buyer places an order that consists of a large number of different seeds. And if something is out of stock, many stores replace the seeds they need with something else. Well, don’t lose the order because of a trifle.

At Aunt’s Garden there is an ironclad rule: what is on the website is in stock. That is, you will receive exactly what you ordered. No more, no less.

In case of violation of the guarantee, we pay a penalty for each error in the order. That is, we bear direct financial responsibility to you.

(and Aunt Lyuba will sprinkle us with a rod of freshly grown nettles)

We guarantee that the seeds will not expire

Another common problem with buying seeds is that they are late. “Just think, they’ve been lying around for another day, but they’re still dry,” this is how unscrupulous sellers reason.

“Tetinoy Sad” sells only those seeds that have at least 6 months of shelf life.

We break the rule - we pay penalties for each day of delay. (and no one canceled the rod)

At the Tetiny Sad warehouse, special conditions have been created for storing seeds of various types. You can be sure that germination will remain at the maximum level.

We guarantee that we will maintain the best germination of seeds

For example, you know that in accordance with GOST R 52171-2003, the moisture content of class 1 seeds should not exceed 8%. And air humidity, accordingly, is not higher than 60%. Here we know. But many seed sellers do not. And their seeds lose their viability. But we don't.

The Tetiny Sad warehouse has created ideal conditions for storing various seeds.

We guarantee that you will be right in any situation.

Aunt Lyuba taught that people need to be trusted. And we do it 200%. This means that if you say that there is a problem, we do not figure out who is right and who is wrong. We just solve it. And we do it in the way that is most convenient for you. For example, if you want to return money for already planted seeds, we will refund you in full.

We guarantee that we will solve the problem you stated 100%. Regardless of whose fault the incident occurred.

Attention! In case of obvious abuse of this guarantee, Aunt Lyuba reserves the right to refuse to sell you seeds in the future. That is, we will still solve the problem 100%, but you are no longer our client

Personal assistance from Aunt Lyuba

You can directly contact the store owner if you have any problem. And she will personally ensure that the incident is resolved 100%

White cabbage Novator

Novator is a wonderful late hybrid from a Dutch producer. It is valued for its high yield, excellent taste, versatility in use, disease resistance, and long-term storage.

Description of the variety

This variety is universal in use. It is suitable for fresh consumption, processing, pickling and fermentation. Cut heads retain their appearance for a long time, up to 7 months or more.

Seeding rates

Novator is recommended for cultivation in open and closed ground. Seeds for seedlings are sown from April, and in the case of non-seedling cultivation - from May. Before sowing, it is recommended to disinfect the seeds by placing them in water at +50 degrees for 15 minutes. Next, the cooled seeds are subject to germination. Seedlings need to be watered and fed with fertilizers. Picking is carried out when the first leaves appear. 2 weeks before transplanting plants, they must be hardened off. Hardened seedlings can withstand frost down to -3...-5 degrees, and heads of cabbage formed from it can withstand frost up to -5...-8 degrees. The seedlings are planted in the ground according to a 50x30 cm pattern. To do this, you need to select a lighted area with fertile, loose soil. Sandy and loamy soils are suitable.

Agrotechnics of cultivation

Late Novator will be ready for harvest 130–135 days from the moment the seedlings are planted. So the heads will ripen in August or September. Water the cabbage in the evening 1-2 times a week

Particular attention should be paid to watering the first weeks after transplanting seedlings and during the formation of a head of cabbage. Suitable temperature for cabbage development is +15…+18 degrees

Fertilizers are applied 3-4 times per season. A combination of organic and mineral fertilizers is best suited. Novator is resistant to fusarium wilt, spot necrosis, thrips and stressful growing conditions. The innovator brings a stable and high harvest. From 1 sq.m you can get 10–12 kg of beautiful heads. Mechanized cleaning is also possible.

Good varieties of white cabbage

White cabbage is a staple vegetable along with potatoes. Choosing varieties suitable for growing in open ground is not a problem - many varieties and hybrids are zoned for the Far Eastern climate zone. When choosing a variety, it is important to understand the ripening time, taste and area of application of cabbage heads.

The most popular is the division of varieties and hybrids according to ripening periods - early, middle and late. It is always recommended that varieties of different ripening periods grow on a summer cottage, because the early ones are good in salads as fresh vitamin greens, and the later ones are good for pickling and for winter storage.

Zoned varieties of cabbage

The zoned varieties include varieties and hybrids of cabbage that: - were tested in local conditions for several years, - showed good yield results, - were slightly affected by diseases, - had beautiful, tasty fruits.

It is better to grow zoned varieties of cabbage in your gardens.

Gardeners in the Far East are lucky: in the main part of our region, soil and climatic conditions allow for growing a large number of crops, incl. and thermophilic. But on the other hand, the climate in the Far East is unpredictable: both continental and monsoon, which causes the most problems and troubles.

“Thanks to” the monsoon nature of the climate, almost all types of diseases of vegetable crops are present in large quantities in Far Eastern gardens, leading to large crop losses almost every year.

In such situations, only zoned varieties of cabbage can help out. They more successfully resist infection and extreme climatic conditions: getting wet, sudden changes in day and night temperatures, fog, dew, etc.

Early varieties of cabbage

To obtain early fresh vitamin products for the Far East, two hybrids with early ripeness are offered.

Dutch hybrid Surprise F1

. It will take about 100 days from the moment the seeds are sown for seedlings until they can be used for food. The weight of technically ready-to-eat heads of cabbage is from 1 to 1.5 kg.

Domestic hybrid Zephyr F1

. To achieve full technical readiness, 95-115 days are required from seed sowing. Forks of medium weight, up to 1.5 kg, with slightly corrugated leaves. In its natural fresh form it has an unsurpassed taste due to its juiciness and sugar content. Perfect for any purpose.

Medium cabbage varieties

The harvest of mid-early and mid-ripening varieties and hybrids reaches its marketability a little later than early-ripening samples - it will take from l00 to 130 days to obtain marketable technically finished products. Medium varieties are good for fermentation and can already be stored for long-term winter storage - up to 4-5 months.

Eaton F1

forms an excellent dense head of cabbage up to 3.5 kg. During testing, it showed excellent results in terms of yield and uniformity. Tolerates thickened plantings well. Does not crack for a long time, is slightly susceptible to fusarium and bacteriosis. Despite the fairly early stages of ripeness, it is perfectly stored.

SB F1 (SB 3)

– heterotic hybrid with medium ripening periods. It is distinguished by huge (more than 4 kg) hard heads of cabbage with light green coloring of the upper leaves, white-green inside. It has an excellent taste for both fermented and fresh products.

When planting seedlings of the hybrid SB F1, it is necessary to deepen them to the first true leaf!

Mishutka F1

– an excellent novelty of domestic scientists. The hybrid adapts well to different growing areas. The product will not disappoint either: beautifully shaped heads of cabbage, weighing up to 4 kg, with a small internal stump, excellent taste. In the beds, ripe heads of cabbage can wait for harvesting without cracking for up to 30 days. Designed for various uses: for the preparation of fermented products, hot culinary processing, do not deteriorate during long-term storage of up to 4-5 months.

Late varieties of cabbage

The most popular are mid-late, and especially late-ripening varieties and hybrids of cabbage - they are especially good for pickling, best suited for storing and year-round cooking of cabbage soup and borscht. But there are also samples for fresh vitamin salads, especially since many of the later varieties do not crack on the vine for a long time. The ripening period of late cabbage from sowing to technical ripeness is from 3 to 5 months.

Iceberg F1

produces round, large cabbage heads in a weight range of approx. 4 kg and great taste in any form. The main direction of use: fresh, fermented and stored in storage. It is distinguished by the duration of preservation of its valuable economic qualities on the vine, and does not crack. The yield in Far Eastern conditions is up to 7.5 kg per 1 sq.m.

Dovator F1

produces round heads of cabbage with an average weight of 2.7 to 3.7 kg, the leaves are large, and there is a fairly significant waxy coating. Intended mainly for preparing fresh salads and pickling. It is stored for about 5 months. When grown in beds, it suppresses weeds well.

Photo: late hybrid cabbage variety Dovator F1

Dominant F1

It is distinguished by the setting of heads of cabbage of very high density, dark green color, up to 6 kg. An excellent variety for its taste and nutritional properties. Due to the presence of a large amount of vitamin C, it can be widely used for preparing fresh dishes: salads, juices, baby food and other purposes.

Extara F1

characterized as perhaps the best late-ripening hybrid of domestic selection. Harvesting should begin no earlier than 155-170 days after sowing. The main valuable indicators of the product: high density, round-flat shape, evenness, average size and weight (2.5-3 kg). Field resistance to various bacterioses and rots, Fusarium wilt was noted. Universal use: perfect for eating fresh produce and for fermentation; it can be stored for up to six months.

Favorite F1

. Plants are very demanding when it comes to moisture supply, but react negatively to its excess. The heads of cabbage are flat-round, weighing 3-5 kg. Suitable mainly for fresh consumption and fermentation.

Table F1

ready for harvesting 120-125 days after planting the seedlings in the beds. The harvest consists mostly of round-flat, very high-density heads of cabbage weighing 4 kg or more. Known for its unsurpassed taste of sauerkraut. Has a long period of autumn-winter storage.

White cabbage NOVATOR F1 SADIBA CENTER

Among the representatives of the Cabbage family there are often true all-rounders, such as white cabbage NOVATOR F1

. It is perfectly stored almost all winter, suitable for fermentation, pickling and fresh consumption. This vegetable makes delicious cabbage rolls, cabbage rolls and borscht.

Advantages of a hybrid

NOVATOR F1 cabbage bred by breeders of the Dutch company Syngenta

, is a late-ripening hybrid. Heads of cabbage become fully ready for harvesting no earlier than 130-135 days after germination (depending on the soil and the characteristics of growing the crop). Products usually have the following features:

 heads of compact size, spherical, light and dark green in color;  the density of the sheets is high;  each cabbage has symmetrical shapes and dimensions similar to its counterparts (high degree of evenness);  the weight of each head of cabbage can reach 4-5 kilograms.

The big advantage of this hybrid is its unique ability to resist diseases and some pests. Thus, the plant is not afraid of thrips, internal point necrosis and fusarium. During harvesting, agricultural technology can be used in the beds. This cabbage variety is ideal for storage. It has been empirically established that the vegetable is perfectly stored in appropriate conditions for up to 7 months!

How cabbage grows

According to generally accepted agricultural technology, it is recommended to plant seeds at a density of up to 32 thousand plants per hectare of cultivated land. In this case, the specifics of the development of this hybrid should be taken into account:

 primary vegetation consists of the development of the root system, the formation of the basic leaf apparatus;  secondary vegetation (the final stage) consists, in fact, in the appearance and active increase in the size of the head of cabbage.

The plant is not afraid of cold and stress, and is resistant to all kinds of leaf diseases. His harvests are always large in volume. Extend the development process of NOVATOR F1 cabbage

and you can ensure a plentiful and healthy harvest with the help of natural biological products, nitrogen fertilizing, and increasing soil fertility.

Cabbage innovator description

Novator is a hybrid of late cabbage.
Recommended for fresh sale and processing Novator is a hybrid of late cabbage. Ripening period is 130-135 days. The heads of cabbage are aligned in size, have a round shape with a rich color, and an average weight of 4.0-4.5 kg. The hybrid is undemanding to nitrogen nutrition, soil fertility and abundant watering. It tolerates thickening well and forms heads weighing 3 kg. The root system and leaf apparatus develop very intensively and due to this they suppress weeds. Resistant to fusarium, not damaged by thrips. Recommended for fresh sale and processing (fermentation). Long-term storage - 7 months or more.

Seeds for seedlings are sown in April-May, in greenhouses. Seeds are sown in open ground in May. Planting pattern 60x60. 4-5 days after planting, plants are replanted in places where for some reason they did not take root. Cabbage Novator is a cold-resistant plant, demanding humidity, and needs feeding. At the beginning of the growing season, the plant actively forms a root system and foliage grows. And only at the end of the growing season a head of cabbage begins to form. At this time, feeding the plant with nitrogenous fertilizers stops. The hybrid suppresses weeds well in the field, thanks to its well-developed leaves. Resistant to adverse weather conditions and leaf diseases. Seed germination begins already at +2-3°C. The optimal temperature for seed germination is +18-20°C. During the growing season, the favorable temperature is +15-18°C. High temperatures over a long period, especially in combination with drought, significantly retard the development of the plant. During the period of head formation, late cabbages continue to grow and develop at a temperature of +5°C. Well-hardened seedlings can withstand short-term frosts down to -3-5°C, and formed heads - up to -5-8°C. Cabbage requires moisture, but overwatering negatively affects growth and productivity. Mid-season and late hybrids are best placed on soils with a high level of fertility. The best predecessors for cabbage are crops that optimally fertilize. Late-ripening hybrids can be planted after potatoes, root crops, legumes, cucumbers, and beets.

Seeding rate: 3 plants per 1 sq.m.

Seed placement depth: 1.5-2.5 cm.

  • Cruciferous flea beetles. Mix hexachlorane (12%) and DDT, process at the rate of 10-15 g per 10 square meters. m.
  • Cabbage fly. Sprinkle the soil with a mixture of naphthalene and sand (1:7) or lime and tobacco dust (1:1).
  • Cabbage moth, cutworm, white moth. Treat plants with calcium arsenate at the rate of 12 g for every 100 square meters. m.
  • Cabbage aphid. Treat with a solution of anabasine sulfate (0.2%) in an amount of 500 ml per 10 square meters. m.

Growing and care

The yield of vegetables with the seedless growing method depends on the fertility of the soil and the climatic characteristics of the regions. Sowing is carried out in loamy areas; small depressions or low-lying areas are also suitable. Cabbage does not like sandy and poor soil with low organic matter.

Sowing

Sowing late-season cabbage seeds begins in May; at this time of year the ground is already sufficiently warmed up and there is no need to use film to cover the seedlings. Before sowing, the seeds are soaked in a damp cloth for a day at a temperature of 20°C.

It is important not to overexpose them for a long time, as the top coating may come off and the seeds will not take root in the soil. The advantage of the Novator hybrid is that its seeds are capable of rapid growth without soaking

The soil should be leveled, holes should be made according to a pattern of 25 x 45 cm, and a small amount of dolomite flour or ash should be added to each hole. Water several times: the soil should be saturated to a depth of 15-20 cm.

3-4 pieces are sown in each hole. seeds to a depth of 1-2 cm.

Thinning

After about a week, when it is already possible to determine from the seedlings where the high-quality seedlings are and where the weak and small ones are, the plants are thinned out. Leave one strong seedling at a time.

Watering and loosening

Water the cabbage as needed

Moderate watering and regular loosening are the key to a rich harvest. Before each watering, the soil is loosened, thus ensuring free access of air and water to the root system.

It is important that the soil does not dry out or be overly wet. Normal soil moisture is 70%

Top dressing

Plants need fertilizing. The first is carried out 2 weeks after emergence, the second - during the appearance of the ovary of the head of cabbage. Preparations based on potassium, phosphorus and nitrogen are used as fertilizers.

Organic fertilizers are also used: manure or bird droppings. For 1 sq. m use 300-500 g of manure or 600-800 g of bird droppings.

Harvesting

Harvesting late-ripening cabbage begins in September and lasts until the first frost. The Zenon hybrid is frost-resistant, but in order for it to maintain its presentation and taste for a long time, frostbite should be avoided. Cabbage can withstand frosts down to -5-6°C.

Rules for collecting cabbage for long-term storage:

  • Harvest on sunny autumn days.
  • They dig it up and clear it of soil (the head of cabbage is not cut off).
  • Small and damaged plants are sorted out.
  • Separate the leaves, leaving 2-3 outer leaves.
  • Place in a shelter to dry.
  • Cut off the roots or leave them: it depends on the storage method.
  • Moved to storage.

Cabbage Atria F1: description and characteristics of the variety, cultivation features, photos, reviews

Cabbage is one of the main vegetable crops that almost every gardener grows. Today this crop is represented by a large number of varieties, including hybrid ones. The Atria F1 variety can be grown on your own plot without any problems, if you take into account its inherent features of agricultural technology.

Description of Atria cabbage variety

Atria F1 is a hybrid of white cabbage, which is characterized by plastic leaves, good yield and preservation of standing heads. Atria is a medium-late variety that ripens 140–150 days after germination.

The head of cabbage has a round or rounded-flat shape. According to the state register, the weight of heads of cabbage is 1.5–3.7 kg, but on seed bags, manufacturers indicate slightly different figures - 4–8 kg.

The culture is characterized by resistance to gray rot, fusarium, and thrips.

The weight of heads of Atria cabbage according to the state register is 1.5–3.7 kg, on seed bags the numbers are slightly different - 4–8 kg

The culture tolerates transportation well and is perfectly preserved for 6 months when optimal conditions are created. The variety is suitable for pickling, pickling and fresh consumption.

The hybrid can be cultivated almost throughout the entire territory of Russia, with the exception of the northern regions.

According to the state register, cabbage of this variety is approved for cultivation in the following regions: North-West, Volga-Vyatka, Central Black Sea Region, Middle Volga, Ural, West Siberian, East Siberian.

Atria F1 is a hybrid of white cabbage and is characterized by good yield and keeping quality

Advantages and disadvantages of the variety

Atria cabbage, like any other variety, has its pros and cons. Among the positive qualities are:

  • excellent taste when fresh;
  • excellent density of heads of cabbage at the stage of technical maturity;
  • low degree of gray mold damage;
  • uniform ripening of the crop;
  • long shelf life;
  • resistance of heads of cabbage to cracking.

As for the shortcomings, there are none as such; most likely these are features of agricultural technology. Atria F1 is very moisture-loving, which indicates the need for regular watering, and with warm water.

Features of planting and growing Atria

The hybrid variety in question can be cultivated either by direct sowing of seeds in the ground or by seedlings.

Growing seedlings

To grow healthy and strong seedlings, you need to take care of preparing the soil and seed material. The optimal time for planting Atria cabbage for seedlings is the beginning of April. Taking into account the ripening time and growing region, more specific dates are selected. Before sowing, the seeds must be hardened, tested for germination and germinated.

To speed up the emergence of seedlings, cabbage seeds are soaked, wrapped in a damp cloth and placed in a warm place.

To grow seedlings, you can use purchased soil or a self-prepared soil mixture. In the first case, there will be fewer worries, and in the second you will know exactly what the substrate consists of. To prepare the soil mixture you will need the following components:

  • turf land;
  • peat;
  • calcined river sand.

To sow cabbage for seedlings, use a soil mixture of peat, turf soil and river sand.

It is not recommended to take soil from the garden, but in extreme cases you can use it after spilling it with a strong solution of manganese.

Prepared seeds are sown in planting containers to a depth of 1 cm, watered and placed in a warm place.

Cabbage seeds are sown at intervals of 1 cm, then sprinkled with a layer of soil and lightly compacted

Otherwise, the agricultural technology of Atria cabbage is similar to the cultivation of other varieties of this crop.

: sowing cabbage for seedlings

Caring for seedlings as they develop comes down to periodic feeding and watering. Seed producers recommend picking in the cotyledon phase. 2 weeks before planting the seedlings on the site, they are hardened off.

In order for cabbage seedlings to adapt to external conditions, they begin to take them out into the open air 2 weeks before planting.

Atria seedlings are planted in a permanent place 30–55 days after emergence. The optimal dates are May 10–20. At this time, the danger of return frosts should have passed (taking into account the growing region), and the soil will warm up to the desired value (+10–15˚С).

The area for cultivation should be well lit and have fertile soil. Seedlings are planted according to a 40*60 cm pattern, planting density is 2.5–3 plants per 1 m2. It is advisable to replant seedlings in cloudy weather or in the late afternoon.

Holes are made for plants in order to deepen them to the lower true leaves. In order for the cabbage to take root faster, during the first five days it is sprayed with water several times a day.

In addition, to prevent sunburn, the plants need to be shaded for the first 2 days.

Seedlings are planted to a depth of 8–10 cm, watered, and sprinkled with earth on top to avoid the formation of a soil crust.

Atria, after planting seedlings, needs watering and fertilizing with nitrogen-containing fertilizers, which are most important during the period of head formation. Watering should be limited during the filling of the head of cabbage. After irrigation, loosening and hilling should be carried out.

Fertilizers should be applied with preliminary watering to avoid burns to the root system of plants. Fertilizing is carried out in cloudy weather.

Sowing and care in open ground

In the southern regions, cabbage is sown directly into the ground, but the beds are covered with film so that the seeds germinate faster and the seedlings feel as comfortable as possible. With direct sowing, Atria is planted in May. The area should be well lit by the sun during the day. Otherwise, instead of tying heads, you will only get leaves.

The soil on the site must be fertile and breathable. If the land is poor, then 3–4 buckets of humus are added per 1 m². Atria is positioned as a high-yielding hybrid, but in order to achieve high performance, you need to fertilize the soil well and follow the agricultural practices for cultivating this variety.

In addition, attention is paid to the acidity of the soil, since any cabbage does not tolerate acidic soils.

To protect crops from return frosts, install a frame and stretch the film

The most suitable soils for cultivating cabbage are soils with an acidity close to neutral, i.e. the pH level should be 6.5–7. This indicator can be determined using a special device or indicator strips.

If the acidity is increased, they resort to liming, for which 500 g of lime are added per 1 m² of land for digging.

To reduce the acidity of the soil, you will need to add lime before digging.

When choosing the variety in question, you need to understand that any mistake will leave you without a harvest. If for one reason or another it is not possible to adhere to the rules of agricultural technology, then it is better to abandon this hybrid in favor of another variety with fewer requirements. Atria is very moisture-loving, so the soil should never be allowed to dry out.

Dry soil in the root zone is reflected in the form of a decrease in yield. The head of cabbage forms late, but the leaf apparatus grows quite intensively during the summer, which allows the hybrid to do this quickly. In just 1–1.5 months of autumn, the head of cabbage will be ready for harvesting.

Atria cabbage is resistant to cracking, which allows it to be cultivated quite successfully even in soils with high humidity.

Diseases and pests of Atria

To obtain a good cabbage harvest, it is important to promptly detect diseases and pests of this crop and take measures to combat them. The most common diseases of Atria include blackleg and clubroot. In this case, the root system of the plants is affected.

Damaged seedlings must be removed and the soil sprinkled with lime. In addition, cabbage can be affected by downy mildew, resulting in damage to the leaves. If such a disease occurs, it is necessary to restore soil moisture, i.e.

reduce the number of waterings and treat the plants with Bordeaux mixture (0.5 l per 10 l of water).

Black leg is the most common disease of cabbage seedlings, in which darkening forms in the root zone of the stem

Cabbage has many pests:

  • aphid;
  • cruciferous flea beetle;
  • various caterpillars;
  • snails

The cruciferous flea beetle in large quantities can destroy cabbage by eating leaves

The main control measures without the use of chemicals are the following:

  • weeding and weed removal;
  • in hot weather, cover the cabbage bed with non-woven material;
  • in the autumn, plant residues are removed and destroyed by burning and digging up the soil.

You can fight pests at the beginning of their appearance using traditional methods. In case of invasion, chemicals should be used. The most common ones for these purposes include Actellik, Bankol, Decis, Karbofos, Rovikurt, Inta-vir, Bazudin.

When pests invade, they resort to the use of chemicals

Among the folk remedies, the following recipes can be noted:

  • to combat leaf-eating pests, use a vinegar solution (9% vinegar and 400 g of salt per 10 liters of water), which is poured over cabbage;
  • You can fight fleas and beetles by pollinating plants with tobacco dust and ash at the rate of 30 g per 1 m²;
  • to treat the crop against caterpillars, spray with infusion of ash (2 tbsp. per 10 liters of water);
  • cabbage is planted in close proximity to garlic, dill, mint: their smell will repel pests.

Description of cabbage variety Novator

Cabbage Novator F1 is a late-ripening, high-yielding hybrid of white cabbage from the Dutch manufacturer Syngenta. It has excellent taste and is ideal for agricultural production: it tolerates mechanical harvesting and pneumatic cleaning well, retains its quality and presentation for a long time, and has strong immunity. The hybrid is intended for cultivation in open ground.

Description of cabbage variety Novator

Characteristics of the variety

According to the description, the variety has a high yield: from 500 centners per 1 hectare. Shelf life: 12 months. The variety tolerates long-term transportation well. The hybrid is resistant to stress and leaf diseases, has the ability to suppress the growth of weeds, and tolerates low nitrogen content in the soil.

Description

Cabbage Novator F1 has excellent taste, attractive presentation and a long shelf life (up to 1 year).

  • round shape, weight - from 4 to 4.5 kg;
  • the surface is flat, smooth;
  • high density;
  • color dark green, white when cut;
  • The leaves are thin and of medium thickness.

Characteristics of the variety

Hybrid Novator is a late variety of cabbage. Its growing season is 130-135 days. The sowing density per 1 hectare is 30-32 thousand seeds.

According to the description, the variety has a high yield: from 500 centners per 1 hectare. Shelf life: 12 months. The variety tolerates long-term transportation well.
