8. Top with the remaining garlic, parsley and a couple of umbrellas. Fill the contents of the jar with hot, just boiled water.

8. Cover the dish with a pasteurized lid, after which the jar should stand in this form for 20-30 minutes. And so on, fill the rest of the jar.

9. Well, now all that remains is to prepare the brine, the so-called marinade, add salt and sugar to the water and bring to a boil.
