Most suitable for growing in areas in the southern regions and in areas with a temperate climate. Indoor breeding is possible in any region.

Cio-chio-san

Chio-chio-san is a very productive mid-season variety of indeterminate type. Huge branched clusters are formed on the bushes, on which from 20 to 40 small plum-shaped and pink fruits are tied. The average weight of the fetus is 40-50 g.

It is advisable to form bushes of the Chio-chio-san variety into one stem, and with the onset of cold weather, pinch the top so that all the fruits have time to ripen. It is recommended to plant plants according to a 40x60 cm pattern. With good care, 5-6 kg of fruit can be harvested from one bush. Some tomato growers remove some of the inflorescences so that the fruits are larger and the trusses do not break under their own weight.

Features of indoor tomatoes

The group of tomato varieties suitable for growing on a windowsill, balcony or terrace includes several types:

• dwarf tomatoes;
